Dear Helen You can also go to the Balanced Body website and look for the "Centerline" foot corrector. I think it's a bit less strong than the one I used at Pilates Anytime
So at 52 I am working to repattern myself from a lifetime of ankle breaks and sprains, plantar fasciitis and, last year, a calf tear. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. This tutorial was revelatory for me. I got a foot corrector two weeks ago and am starting to work with it. Your clear directions had me feeling the exercises differently on the foot corrector and chair specifically. Thank you.
Do you suggest working on the foot corrector daily to work on this?
Also, I would love to walk down the street with the chair and reformer. It would be my favorite street! 😄.
Thanks so much for this information. It has already helped me to correct some things the first time I did it.
It was awesome class. My feet is sooo happy. I have a question about the last exercise the split on reformer. On my right foot back, no knee pressure, but i tried my best to press my ankle to feel glute to support, my left knee feels pressure medial side. Can anyone tell me why please? Thank you so much
