This is an amazing class; the whole class is alike tutorial; using foam roller and tennis balls to release the shoulders and pecs really works...thank you so much Niedra...
Thanks you so much, Niedra. I had shoulder pain from too much computer work so this was the perfect class for me this morning. I feel released but I will keep doing it until the pain goes away!
I've done this now 3 days in a row and my shoulders feel so much better it's amazing. Finding the tightness and getting it out of my body. Thanks Niedra.
