Wow...thanks everyone! The leg spring series in this class was designed really to help my own knee! I'd been out dancing a few nights before, in boots that probably weren't the best to dance in (oh well!) and I'd upset an old injury in there. In planning this class, having the footstrap on my foot wasn't going to work as it was putting too much pressure on my knee....so I shortened my lever and hence the strap above the knee. A good reminder for us all----that it's ok to modify when needed! Two days after this class my knee was back to normal, the swelling down and had my range of motion back. :)
