So glad I found this one again! I've been diligent about doing Pilates almost every day during the shelter in place but don't have the attention span for a full class. So my playlist if full of fun 15-20 minute HIIT, strengthening, and cardio. Love this one! And so good to see you, Amy!
Thanks Amy, I liked yours class, especially hunderd 4/6 rhythm helped me to to concentrate more. It is amazing. We change one little thing but it makes a big change the way we feel it. And the elephant walk was a good and fun way to rest with an awareness and an engagement. :)
