This was a great one, thanks Kristi! Sometimes I have difficulty stretching out my back, due to a sciatic nerve injury, but the leg extensions with the magic circle felt really good and allowed me to strech without overdoing it!
Thank you for the class. I had so much pain in my back and this is the perfect class for me to get the core stronger. i should know better. I've done all kinds of Pilates for 20 years then switched to yoga and then stopped everything for awhile With a tipped vertibre i can't live without pilates. much thanks Meryl Price
