Wow , what a great class. I loved your wonderful cues sally . I particularly liked your cues on the leg kick preparation. And can you tell me what you called the lateral bend stretch i can’t quite make it out ? It followed with a rotation move in a seated position. Also the two girls were amazing ! Thank you .
