Is 8.30 on a Monday morning too early for a push-up right at the beginning of a class, haha??? Yes it is but I did it. Yeah!!! Another great class, thank you so much Meredith.
Never to early or late for pushups or sideplanks. Personally, on side planks I like to reach toward my feet because it tends to pop multiple lumbar vertebrae. Loved the rotations.. they are soo good. Thanks again Meredith:)
