Hi Kristi, thank you for the nice sequence of exercises. I am new to teaching Pilates, can I ask about your methods of memorising the exercise sequences. I find myself needing to keep them on a piece of paper to look at when my mind goes blank during the session. Is it only me??? I would appreciate some thoughts. thanks
Holy moly. That's the first time I nearly died during breast stroke prep 2! Crazy. This workout is perfect for 1st thing in the am - awoke me gently, and now I'm warm and to hit the shower. Thank you Kristi! I love these shorter vids.
