This is brilliant! I have done Pilates for years and taught Vaganova based ballet for almost 30 years. The way you have been able to incorporate a theraband to teach the principle of opposition is great! This principle is imperative to Pilates, to all sports and most definitely to proper ballet technique . I am so excited about incorporating this into my conditioning class! Thank you...😊
Hi Madhavi I used the lightest band as possible. The idea is not to challenge the movement with the resistance but to create connections in your body and mind.
