I just took Tracey's ~Kick it Up Challenge. However the Kick It Up Classes are only 30 minutes and I like to workout for about an hour. I remembered this super 30 minute class with Gia. I thought the two 30 minute classes complimented each other nicely. I had fun and I feel much better! Thanks again Gia:)
I was underestimating it when I saw the level, but this workout kicks in even for 30 minutes it really teases the upper body and hip loved it will include it into my workout while i'm off season for my dancing. Greetings from Vienna!!
