On the last set of this video - is it ok if your legs are long compared to your body / arms ratio to have your hand resting on a block? I can’t get alignment otherwise! 
It looks like this is my 10th time doing this one! Oh my god! If I didn't have Pilates in quarantine I do not know what would happen to me! Thank you!
