great class really enjoyed single leg stretch and criss cross with ball. I was challenged to hold one leg up other knee in will work on that one to perfection. Thanks again I too trained with Stott early 2001's and taught mat class for six years.
Such an excellent class. Glad I took it again. John gives precise positioning cues for how to partner with the ball. Loved the "Superman" with rotation. Best taken on your stickiest mat.
I did this class the day after traveling and not exercising for four days. This was the perfect class to get me moving again. Worked out all those kinks that I got from sitting on a plane!
