Sumana Ramanan D ~ Thank you for your forum post. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed this class! For the last section of the class, you can still do it even without being a dancer! Carrie was a dancer so she has a lot of flexibility and range but you can go to the range that works for your body to still get the benefits of the movement.
