Remember: working on the roller is tough stuff, and it requires a lot more awareness of what the front and back body are doing. It's sometimes more beneficial to start small by trying some exercises on the roller, then do the rest of the workout on the mat. Eventually you'll be able to add more and more roller work until you can do the entire class, and then some! I hope this helps, and reach out if you need some help!
