Loved this class. Excellent teaching and pointers! Also had to break this class into two days to ensure I could walk the next day!! No other valid reason

This was a great class, however I found it very hip flexor heavy - I had to pause and do a shoulder bridge series half way through the abdominal series.  Love the constant clear commentary and excellent uses for my (Sissel) magic circle.

Sophie E Magic Circle can certainly be very hip flexor heavy. I think you did the right thing pausing and then restarting. The more we can open the hips the less hip flexor heavy it will be. I promise it will get better!

That was tough on inner thighs but great. Thanks Katie! Its reminded me I need to use the magic circle more!!! Great teaching and lovely flow and very motivating class. Amazing xx
