I’m going to try this one today.  Because of shoulder issues and weakness  I generally do wall push-ups or kneeling ones.  I think the wall jumps will help me to progress in that area.  Amy do you have any classes that are rotator cuff specific?  If not, would you consider filming one?  Thanks for this class.

I loved this class for me personally. Such great feedback from the wall in all of those excercises. A wonderful teaching tool I am going to use with students who find some of this work challenging on the mat. Thanks 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The wall is the best feedback for people that have lots of issues and also those that do not. I use the wall so much . thankyou
