Great new class. Thank you, Tom! Hard work but flows so even and enjoyable. Loved single leg work challenging ankle stability. Smooth pace with your clear cueing helped to keep focus and intention. I was mindful of my hip impingement but with focus I felt very good and safe. Modified just a bit and my hips feel stronger already :) Thanks again!
I loved this class very much and it was just what I needed today. Tom’s voice is so calming and his cues are so perfect that I don’t have to look up or change position to know what he’s asking us to do! My spine feels lengthened and strong!
