Super chair class, Amy! Loved the use of hand weights, and the tricep dips into seated spine twist on pedal. So much work in short time. Added to favorites so I can practice frequently. Thank you!
I just got a chair for home and I'm loving all the experimenting and play. I had no idea how good it would be for stretching and flexibility. I'm also doing pvovle.
