I like the standing work - I also like the planks facing back with the oblique twists. I got some ideas from this easily usable - thank you! Nice to see some men who teach pilates

Awesome class! It was just what I needed strength, cardio and a bit of stretching. Of all the years of doing Pilates no one has ever introduced me to that hip stretch at the end, I love it! I also like the lower to the ground reformer, because that is what I have at home. Thank you!
