Thank you Tash for a superb class yet again, everything was a build up from the previous classes in this Awesome challenge. I couldn't decide which was my favorite but I know I'll come back to these classes. Love your energy, your dedication, your enthusiasm and how you motivate us to work and try harder when the going gets tough. Looking forward to day 7
I definitely need to work on these rollovers to one legged squat, I was wobbling around but will keep practicing and adding them to my classes. A million thanks
Oh my God! Some of those push-ups were so challenging I felt like if my arms were going to fall off! But I kept with it and I was able to complete the session. Whoo-hoo! Thank you Tash!
wow what a challenge, the intermediate level lebel is definetely ironic :), kudos to all who managed to to stand up on leg by the way, you guys are legends, something to work on for me :)
Great challenge and no way this is intermediate level. No-Way! Right now, I feel ready to try all the advanced classes around here, once the few ones I did are mostly easier than these ones. Therefore, a good strategy to make us "advance".
Agree with some of the comments, definite advanced moves in here. But! Like with everything, we will all find some things easy while others find it hard and vice versa. The joys of our different bodies :)
