I haven't used my full roll in a while. Have been using my Parasetter for anything I would normally use a half or full roll and it's a very different experience. Check it out. The spinal extension in the beginning powerful. Thanks for a quick opening definitely needed it.

A lot of these  great moves  are even more enjoyable  with the Roller on the Reformer!I used  two medium and  one  light spring.
