Hi Monica this is so amazingly helpful for me. I recently had a back injury and didn't know how to get back into Pilates. I'm learning so much about my stomach muscles that I think I didn't know before.so grateful for your teaching.

I have moderate scoliosis (acquired after an injury) and would love to know what accommodations i can make.  My scoliosis is improving and my goal is to be “straight” again.
