Thank you for sharing Renee, enjoy the journey - you should find yourself getting looser quite fast if you do this regularly. I have seen clients change their whole upper body shaping in two weeks, when they did this little routine. I LOVE releasing tension and stretching - I find it solves so many problems that creep in for people, so welcome to my world.
This simple stretching exercises have just made my day; I never get rid of tight shoulders and pecs specially after the segmental mastectomy i had a year ago...I need these type of classes desperately...Could you add more exercises for whole body please? Even after my pilates work I don`t really feel completely relief...All my joints are aching; I can not be able to bend them easily...I`ld like to thank you for this class and also Breast Cancer recovery programme classes... You are a great teacher...
