Thank you Pele.....the seated rotation is a great sequence I agree. What ideas do you have for less linear pieces? Would love your feedback!
I love all of Amy's classes thank you for being so creative :)
Leslie....thank you so much! Glad you enjoy my creativity!!
That was great change of pace and very challenging. Thank you!
Hi Jessica, nice to hear from you....thank you for your feedback.
Help....can someone clarify the correct way to place the standing platform. I have BB platform and reformer. I see Amy put the wider side toward the carraige but it doesn't seem secure enough when I do that....and turning it around makes for a shorter foot space due to the footbar...?????
Hi Judy, Amy here......I too have Balanced Body Reformers. May I ask what didn't feel secure to you when you placed the wider side towards the carriage? And yes, turning it the other way would make for a smaller/shorter space due to the footbar. I have several older models of Reformers which could be one issue and the varying styles of footbars and spring systems (i.e. standard foot bar, one step foot bars etc). What model do you have?
great teaching, inspired, clear and flowing. Amy succeeds at getting you to feel those connections through the body, from the start. Thankyou.
Marilyn, your comments are so kind and honest, thank you very much. I'm very much taking them to heart! :)
