I'm so in love with these classes from Brent. I feel the transformation and am gleaning what I can. I was just wondering when he was doing the 'book openings'/arm openings he said at 18:29, 'Whatever we do from the bottom, we should do from the top'. Was he referencing all exercises? What did he mean by this? Thanks Brent Anderson :)
