Spring To Life

This 10-day progression with Kristi Cooper is designed to help you discover Pilates or rediscover the method if you have been away from it. Each new day will be building on the lessons from the previous class so you will learn more about what you can do and what Pilates can do for you. You will feel supported, grounded, and more alive because you will be able to create a strong foundation from which you can move freely.

This is so great! After being really sick for three weeks this is just what I needed!!!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!
Kristi you really shine in videos where it's just you and the camera. I really like it cuz it feels like you are right there with me.
I also want to take this opportunity to let you know how important PA is in my life. I am homebound most of the time and can't get to a studio. You provide rehab, challenge, humor, experts in all aspects of movement, I could go on and on. As a 1 year anniversary present to myself I wanted to become more visible and say THANK YOU for all of this.
