Thanks for joining me with [inaudible] play right now. I'd like to offer you a few tips for success. First of all, this is a reformer challenge, so make sure you have a reformer you can use. Secondly, you're going to need a box and then you'll also need a foam roll. You're going to need a magic circle, but if you don't happen to have a magic circle, certainly you could substitute with by using your hands or a robe strap or even a theraband. And lastly, you're going to need a ball of some sort. If you happen to not have a ball, then you can also modify with a towel or a block or whatever you might need to.

I designed this challenge so that a person could take the classes consecutively and do one per day. Now that might be a little too much. It might be asking a lot. So certainly you need to choose what makes the most sense for you and your schedule. So I am going to challenge you though to complete this entire body of work within a month. So in order to do that, I challenge you to do at least three classes per week and that's still going to give you a little bit of time to perhaps revisit a class because I encourage you to feel free to go back and revisit a class for any reason that suits you. One reason might be that you really liked it, you liked the way your body felt, do it. Again, another reason might be that you need to work on mastering the skills in that particular workout or mastering something in that workout and know that the class is kind of build on each other so that the final class is actually a culmination of kind of all the work that we did in the first nine classes, so it is a good idea to feel comfortable moving forward.

Having said that, I also am very interested in receiving any feedback that you might have about the challenge about playing with [inaudible] about any of the exercises that work for you or maybe even the exercises that don't work for you. I encourage you to show up each day with an open mind and an open heart ready to work your body and play with your PyLadies. Let's go.
