Wow. I feel great after that. Class. Efficiency can be tricky because in many ways it feels like you need to be fast to be efficient. And in this class we did move quickly in certain areas, but we also took time to pause and think and feel what we're doing. So efficiency also means to be focused and clear with your intention. So my sprinkle for you for tomorrow is to find efficiency in different ways perhaps. I know that when I slow my mind down, I'm more efficient with my time. So that's the focus I'd like you to lean toward.
If you're on this track of wanting to power down a little bit, perhaps you slow your body and your mind tomorrow with a yoga class, a Yin Yoga class or a slow yoga or a tied she or just doing slow controlled breath movements on your own. If you're on the power up track, maybe you retake this class, get your workout in and then have more time to do other things because your workout was quite efficient. So the self care tip for tomorrow would be to think about drinking tea, drinking tea. To me means slowing down a little bit, enjoying the moment, savoring the moment. Perhaps read a book or perhaps call an old friend. Have Fun with this. Sprinkle and I'll see you in a few days.
