Concentration is a tricky one for many of us. We need to quiet our minds in order to concentrate better. So tomorrow I encourage you to focus on your senses. Touch, see, smell, hear, taste things slow down. Concentrate on each of those senses. Perhaps pick up a flower. Pick a flower, find a flower, look at it, touch it, smell it, taste it. If it's edible, go for it.
Another thing you can do is perhaps find a fruit or a vegetable that you really enjoy eating or maybe a piece of candy or chocolate and spend a lot of time tasting every single bite. What does it feel like in your mouth? What does it smell like? Slow down. Enjoy your senses, hearing. Notice what you hear in your daily life. Notice what sounds bother you, what sounds like spark your nervous. Take your nervous system up, what sounds ground you and maybe try to find more of those pleasurable sounds in your everyday life. But I think first we have to know what bothers us or what challenges lists and what grounds us in order to move forward and care for ourselves. Have Fun with that. Sprinkle.
