Hey guys, Tracey Mallett here, and I have the perfect program for you, you're gonna love it. Body part specific, upper body, we're gonna work those arms, tank top, bikini arms, we're gonna go into your core work, we need to work that core. I do listen to you. You asked me for more booty, more inner thigh work, this seems to be the area that we wanna focus on, so I've got a whole 20 minute segment for this area here. Of course we want to go down into the lower body, total body, and then to finish off, a cardio section.
Mixing in all that together, we'll have a lower body, upper body, little bit of cardio, and they're all done in 20 minutes. Who doesn't have the time to find 20 minutes? Look, I'm just like you, I'm a mom, I've got two teenage kids, I'm running four businesses. If I can find 20 minutes, you can do it. Are you ready to go?
