Gia Calhoun is back with another edition of The Pilates Daily! This time, she uses the Reformer to move through each day to match your weekly rhythm. You'll start the week off strong and then unwind for the weekend. Let's get moving!
(upbeat music) In the second series of this program we're using the Reformer for your daily workout. We start the (indistinct) strong with the high energy class to set the tone for your Monday. Then we move through each day progressively and steadily to match your weekly rhythms. By Sunday, we'll be unwinding from the week we just had, so you're ready to start a new one come Monday morning. Each class is about 30 minutes.
The perfect time I've found to get a full body workout. Let's get moving together.
