(light music) Together we will find the push to pull in our bodies, squeezing the juice out of our Pilates practice. I am Alexandra Bohlinger. Welcome to my online program, "Wall To Wall." This program is designed to teach you how versatile the traditional Pilates method can be. We will start by finding the opposition using the wall, then transfer that connection to the mat. By the end of the program, we will go back to the wall and turn things upside-down to experience our new superhero strength.
