Are you ready to have fun while challenging your whole body? Hi, I'm Courtney Miller, and I just filmed new classes for my series, "Circuit Three." This series was designed to truly offer you a complete whole body workout, with some classes focusing on dynamic power and others challenging your flexibility, balance, and strength with yoga moves.
