I didn't do this on NYD, but I recently had surgery and this is my first Pilates class back. While I couldn't do it all, I know I will return to it as my strength increases in the next few weeks. Thanks Amy!

Enjoyed this class and the gentle heat to start my day. I am going to incorporate this two-three times a week for a month as you suggested. Is there another class in the series? Love your teaching.
Hi Kam....thanks for taking class with me! This was a fun one and there isn't another specific one in the series, but a 20 minutes Standing Magic Circle class of mine was just put up a few days ago and that could be a nice addition for you. :) Let me know how that goes!
