Wow, Madeline - this class brought together what I experienced this year. - A somatic workshop with Martha Stewart, a 4-day intensive with Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle and through her studies of the work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen! And you are going a step into a new direction! That is so wonderful! Of course I am am curious to know how you got there and hope to take part in one of your workshops on this in germany! Thank you and love from Silke

The toes will hurt at first, only allow a moment of discomfort then change out of the position. Introduce it slowly but frequently.
great class but too advanced for me at the moment. Cant get up without using hands. Maybe come back to it in a few months.

Hey Linda Hertzberg, have you figured out how to sit without discomfort, folding your knees? Sitting in a block or stack of bankets allows for the flexion of the hip and knees without discomfort. Do it gradually but consistently and you find it is helpful even if an x-Ray shows loss of space.
Very yogic, as a pilates teacher and yoga teacher this was very familiar to me from my yoga training, lovely to see it creeping into the pilates world. Nice class clear instructions, nice pace
