Amy Havens that was amazing....I’ve been so busy and stressed all week and that workout was the perfect length and intensity on a Saturday morning. I feel stretched, lengthened, and stronger and my back feels so open. Thank you for the modification on jackknife as ima always worries at home on that one that I might be putting pressure on my neck but with your cuing I was successfully able to control and felt it was my abdominals working there....thank you!
