I too agree with Joni. I love how you and other instructors here on PA vocalize what you believe we may be thinking or doing and then using the right cues to help. Loved the glute work while doing prone work and my abs were already sore by the roll up. I'll be taking this class again for sure. Thanks for another great class Amy:)
I really benefited from taking this class a second time this week. Heard additional suggestions that provided even more mobility and more finely nuanced work. I also find it tranquil enough to do as a late night before bed class.
Thanks again everyone! It's more than nice to know that several of us have these 'issues' and/or challenges! Yes Miriam----so good for the lordotic/kyphotic combo! I have a bit of that....but mainly a long, straight spine-----making 'normal' curves very challenging.! But......it's a practice.....so....I practice!!!
