Great class. My lumbar spine is very flat despite decades of yoga and 5 years of Pillates. Not sure if I'll ever be able to do an articulated rollover. I also prefer the one person format, less distraction and easier to watch on my phone.
Hi Tara....Keep working the articulation....I have to as well. It's the element of the work that is so precious to me and so important...well, it's all important! Thank you for the feedback on your preference of one person format.....very helpful!
Thanks Amy for being the first teacher to make me understand how to REALLY work from the tailbone! (And I've even got two dif. pilates educations!) And then... well..hallo deepest abs, there you were ;) Great class with lots of good cues! :)
