I really liked doing Neidra's mat class, the magic circle really made it intense. Feel it in my arms and legs!!!

Loved the use of the circle for neck pull. Been away from Pilates Anytime for a year or so and just come back. Your classes remind me of why I should never have left Niedra! You're such a good, effective, no-nonsense, clear and consice teacher!
