Hi Candace, glad to hear you enjoyed my class. Ah yes, the hip 'stuff ', yes you probably need some front body line lengthening. I used to experience the same thing and I tend to feel shortened there too. Keep practicing and lengthening, it can change!

Just perfect for today. I didn't realize just how tight my hip flexor were until I did the straight leg stretch on the roller, Ouch and thank you, Another Amy class in my favorites folder. Thank you for your excellence and the variety of classes and props you use. You keep it all fresh and I know I can get a great workout even if I'm not close to my reformer. Love it. Thanks Amy.
