This is the first time - have seen the idea of using a yoga block to elevate the hips/ pelvis to help accomodate the lengthening and strengthening of the fascial line = stronger pelvic floor. A move much needed to be incorporated . Loved your work - thank you!
Always love your sessions...this one was definitely deliberate & definitely strong.....I would love more information on the "doming" effect....terrifying, right?
thank you , Christi, this is such a good session! I have done it twice already and loved it more the second time! You're cues are great and the slowness is wonderful, - it is like a big yawning that brings so much energy to the body! I would also appreciate more explanation to the pelvic floor topic you are talking about while having the feet in straps!
