I’ve been having tightness in my lower back and hip flexors so I searched for release exercises. So happy to have found this one. Love the slow deliberate pace. My whole body feels good after this routine.
I know I am late to the party, but I just found this workout. I had my c section 12 years ago, but after running for several years, I found myself in physical therapy for a year for my pelvic floor. Thank you for drawing attention to an issue so many women have but may be able to share. It's important to recognize how important pelvic floor health is to our overall health as women.
