what a class! usually i find it really difficult to keep my glutes engaged so this was really challenging and I can definitely feel it. Thank you Amy! Looking forward to class 5 tomorrow :)
Hi, I have fallen behind since i worked 5 shifts in two and a half days. This class really showed the effect of that on my body. I had to stop at times just to smoothen the legs out a few times During the workout. The clam to scissors combo was refreshing for my hips, felt very good. This class helped me get rid of some kinks thank you so much!
Yes, Amy Havens my triceps were feeling it after class 3! And I am pretty sure that was my hip flexors yelling at me half way through class 4 :) Loved it!
