I loved the side lying leg series. It's all about strength AND mobility! Thank you! It's so inspiring.
Thank you so much Lina !!

I really like when you sneak in a little bit of ballet! I have a really hard time with the shoulder bridge - I can't even get my arms under my lower back. I think it is down to tight fronts of my thighs. Any preparation exercises I can do to build up to it? Thanks in advance, Amy.
Thank you Christine, you know me -- once a dancer, always a dancer! Shoulder Bridge-- I know this feeling of not being able to get your arms under the low back. I couldn't for a long time either. My issue is proportion (shorter arms I think by a bit) however yes, it's length! Do lots of quad stretching -- Thigh Stretch is great, good lunge stretches -- make sure that pelvis is level and lumbar area not in a lordosis.! You'll get there!

Thanks Amy - I am enjoying these shorter but very full and effective workouts!

Thanks, Amy, loved this one! Especially the clam into scissors and what followed. Also the very end lying prone and opening the legs five times to the sides. Being prone keeps that real honest!
