Thank you, Deborah! I'm glad you liked the class and cueing. Two things about the end - 1) I'm not a firm believer in having to do both "sides" in side splits. The argument could be made that force vectors are different from weighted to unweighted side, but really when done well we're pushing from center and abducting on each side simultaneously. 2) I added it to the end of class so that if someone's particular body craved a symmetrical experience it'd be easy for them to finish off on their own, having a personal moment of exploration.

That's a very interesting point, and I felt like I could have finished the class only doing the first side, however, I feel that I probably went to my strong "demo" side first, leaving the side that probably really needed the attention going along for the ride. I do like you did it at the end and it's up to the participant to complete the workout for themselves. I do look forward to doing other classes with you.
