Thank you, Deborah! I'm glad you liked the class and cueing. Two things about the end - 1) I'm not a firm believer in having to do both "sides" in side splits. The argument could be made that force vectors are different from weighted to unweighted side, but really when done well we're pushing from center and abducting on each side simultaneously. 2) I added it to the end of class so that if someone's particular body craved a symmetrical experience it'd be easy for them to finish off on their own, having a personal moment of exploration.

Thank you James for your reply. That's a very interesting point, and I felt like I could have finished the class only doing the first side, however, I feel that I probably went to my strong "demo" side first, leaving the side that probably really needed the attention going along for the ride. I do like you did it at the end and it's up to the participant to complete the workout for themselves. I do look forward to doing other classes with you.

Loved your cueing. Fabulous way to explore my body. Feeling fantastic & love the way you work. Thank you.
Thank you, Wahida! It's always great when someone familiar with my work finds something new about it to like/love. Ha!
Thanks AnnS! I often feel we're working too hard in movement ... so that's just a reminder that sometimes less is more ;)
I appreciate that, Emily!
