I got my 1st vaccine shot today. I wanted to workout but didn't want a really hard workout. This fit my needs very well, plus Amy is one of my favorite teachers. I wore 5 lb leg weights which is a prop Amy suggested in a class about a year ago. Leg weights are great for me because my torso is long and I am not very flexible. This is the 1st time I've done the "scissors open leg rocker", which I actually thought was easier than the normal open leg rocker.. go figure:) I had fun and feel much better. Thanks Again Amy!
