Leg circle: is it advisable for a high arch back?
Thank you all for joining me in this class.  Deborah Wasko it's true I really do love this work. For me it is the best measure of who I am on any given day.  So much of the time that means I simply have to laugh at the truth or be revel in the joy of being grateful for what I might accomplish in my body that day.  Above all, I remember that I believe all work must be balanced with play and hopefully some sense of joy. Gary M if I could hire you I would. Your reviews of all of our classes are spot on in my opinion. Thank you.
Rajashree Srirangarajan I definitely am calling on my triceps in the shoulder bridge. As for your second question. I don't have enough information to answer your question effectively. I think. it can be done, and the question really might be with whom and why? 
Dear Kristi, I have been doing your classes since the very beginning of Pilates Anytime and though I will admit to not always being committed or life getting in the way, when I do do it,  I always look for your class to help restore me to feeling happier, to recommitting to the work, and to feel that this old thing that used to be a dancer's body working better because it recognizes the beauty and the possibilities of moving in a healthier fashion.  So, again, like many times before, thank you!
