Lacey M wonderful hear! I must confess thatI realized my pushups became a bit less strong while filming this course. It was a a great wake up and reminder to keep moving in all ways and stay strong. Before pandemic shit down, I would take yoga 1-2x/ week and that helped keep me both strong and flexible differently than Pilates. I just recommitted to a daily personal yoga practice and thankfully feel back in pushup shape(and much more flexible)! take care:)
It’s a horrible wet day outside and my intention of running was not gonna happen....so I went to my queue and selected this class and WOW what a great set of challenges at a great pace. Thank you!
