Thanks Carrie for such inspiring class. For my wrists and arms this was too much for me. I have a classical reformer so only with one spring, they are all the same . Never mind I tried to adjust it to my capacity and reformer
Great workout! I’m going to add this to my list of favorites. Quick, and I felt like everything in my body got a work out not just my arms. I liked the pace too.
Girl!! You had me sitting on the edge of my reformer questioning my life's choices! This was incredibly challenging in the best way! Thank you! I was really able to notice the instability in my upper back and shoulders. Great cues.
I enjoyed this class but found it hard to do a few exercises. My reformer doesn't have an exposed frame so the moves that require the feet on the frame weren't possible. I'll see if I can figure out a work around for the next time.
