Great class & flow. I experienced a lot of lower back discomfort with the malasana series when moving through the 3 stages - deep squat to standing to mid squat, so much so that I had to stop short before completing the series. I was mindful of staying vertical throughout. Would this mean that I was loading the back muscles to try and stabilise instead of loading and grounding through the legs?
